Svcvmx virus/malware/something taking up CPU and memory

This program svcvmx client has so many duplicates. It starts every time at startup and if I try to end the process, another one just pops up. As you can see in the image it uses a lot of resources even when idle.

I've tried scanning with two antivirus programs and nothing came up. If this was a windows process, why are there sooo many copies?

it a malware, not virus. which 2 scanner did you use?
