One year ago I accidently broke my audio jack. This wasnt such a big problem because I just got a head set that had and USB plug. But now my head set broke and I bought new headphones. They have an audio jack and if I plug them in the broken audio jack it doesnt work. If I plug them in the microphone jack it also doesnt work. Is there a way to make the microphone jack a audio jack or do I have to go get the broken jack repared.

I assume you are talking about your case's front audio jacks?
What is the brand/model of your motherboard? Some motherboards support audio jack retasking.

Alternatively, you could open your case, look for your case front audio connector and try to reconfigure it so that the mic jack leads are connected to the front audio out headers. (http://www.asrock.com/support/faq/20060421-01.gif)
