switching isp unable to connect server

i hv an application of windows exe and that is mapped to my server . it was working with with previous network provider now its not working with the current provider where as if i use any other net such as 3g , voda,airtel,aircel,reliance its working . Only the problem is not working with this particular isp

Need some more details, what do you mean by "Mapped to your server"? Is your server connected to the internet via a DMZ so you can reach it? Need more details about the setup.
