Solved! System not found

When I turn on my Acer it boots up then in get a black screen in the upper left hand corner comes up a
Operating system not found
I removed the battery and held down the power button
I also removed the chips for several minutes reinstalled them
But still the same message

What "chips" did you remove? Can you access the BIOS and see what the default boot device is? If so, is it the desired hard drive (or SSD)?

You may simply have a defective HDD/SDD.

On the bottom of the unit there is a access cover with 2 screws and popped the 2 of them seen no problem looking at the chips
Tried a CD and will not play

You don't need to remove the memory for situations like this. I assume that is what you removed.
