Okay so I already have android 4.3. I clicked about tablet in the settings and it says I have 4.3. But when I click on the new system update notification on the top left hand corner it says it's going to install android 4.3 when I already have it installed. The only tinkering I have done with the tablet is install clockwork recovery mod and root it.

Since after the update, you changed the kernel to install ClockWorkMod, it shows system update. Nothing to worry about.
You could just Freeze the app to remove the update notification. Just using titanium backup.

Hey guys, so apparently it's a OTA update to Android 4.3 build JWR66Y from JWR66V. I googled it and it's supposed to be a security update that apparently doesn't need any additional annotations ex.4.1. I found a post on the XDA developer forums that had a similar topic
:http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2417012

I could always just re-root my tablet, but do you guys think I could just update it through the OTA update or would that possibly screw up my tablet because I have ClockWorkMod.

Is asks Install untrusted package? (ClockWorkMod)

On bottom it says E: failed to verify whole-file signature
E: signature verification failed.

Kindly post a screenshot of the issue.

BTW, if you're sure you can re-root your device, just flash the stock kernel, update your phone, and then re-root. Seems a lot simpler. 😉
