Question T460 screen not working.

My Lenovo Thinkpad T460 has a screen that when moved a certain way half of the screen turns white with lines. I dropped it this morning and now when I turn on the laptop it is a black screen with white lines in the middle under the camera, to the left and to the right. The white lines change position with respect to what is on the screen. The screen seems dislodged/slightly out of place. What is going on and how can I fix this?

See if maybe the framework has not fallen because it may be the likely cause of all this
