Tablet not working

You may well have to wait until the battery runs down, unless you wish to open it up and pull the battery out. NOTE: Only do that if it is no longer under warranty, and you are extremely careful. To easy to do damage if you aren't. And if it is still under warranty, then opening it up could void that.

Once it is out of power, plug it in to charge but do not turn it on. At least not until the battery is done charging. Then I would suggest turning it on in "Safe Mode" as to make sure it is working well. If it will turn on fine in "Safe Mode" then try restarting in normal mode. Should the problem of freezing come back, then you probably have a app, virus or malware on the tablet that is causing the problems.

To get into "Safe Mode" please do the following.

1. First turn off the tablet.

2. Next press and hold "Power" until you see the manufacturers logo on the screen, then release the power button.

3. "Quickly" press "Volume Down" and hold it for few seconds until you see the message "Safe mode: ON" or something similar.

4. If you wanted disable it, simply repeat the steps above, and you should see "Safe Mode: OFF" rather than on.
