It is terribly frustrating trying to reach a real customer service person anymore. There are so many prompts, and information to give, when all you want is to talk to a real live actual person. Follow this tutorial to get to a actual real live human T-Mobile customer service representative.
1. Dial... 1-877-746-0909
2. When the system starts asking you questions, say I don't have one.
3. Once it starts talking again, press "0"
5. You should now be directed to a person who can help.
6. Simple and fast!
