tape deck connection

I got a denon receiver and a pionerr old tapedeck.There is no tape rca input.What can I do?

If you just want to play tapes, you can connect the audio of the tape deck to the audio in that are labeled CD or DVD. If you want to record to the tape deck, you might be able to use the zone 2 audio pre-outs.
