Taskcon.exe taking 80+% of my cpu

There is a program called taskcon.exe(32 bit) that is taking up more than 80% of my cpu in task manager and when i end task, i

do malware scan

Seems like some sort of malware... right click on it within taskmgr and go to "Open File Location". If it's in some obscure directory like appdata or somewhere (with no valid or recognizable manufacturer name in sight) then run a malware/adware scan or just end the process and see if you can delete the executable. Might have to disable it in msconfig then restart first
