TCL Roku 55" TV Model # 55FS3750 Please help!

I have a 6 month old TCL Roku TV Model # 55FS3750 I just moved it today in the back of my SUV carefully about 12 miles, and when I got home and set back up. I now have all colors of vertical lines all the way from top to bottom of screen about 14" from right side, and a few horizontial lines across the center all way across. What could have happened just moving that distance and can this be fixed easily? Thanks in advance.

Seems like the screen got damaged either in the store or when you were moving it home.

Thanks, do you know where I can get another screen, that is reasonable. I know they are high, but I need to try and repair myself, I didn't have extra warranty, which wouldn't have covered that anyway, I don't think. Its the 55" model 55FS3750. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks
