Power source on tv constantly comes on and off when tv is plug in

Possible for a board problem. If you know someone who can help you to check and open the TV, you can check the fuse or diodes and see if there's a power on it, if none, best to contact your manufacturer and seek and advice for a possible repair.

if the tv uses a power brick see if the tv vendor send you another. to see if it the tv or the cable box. plug the tv into another outlet see if it come on without anything connected to it.
