Team Speak keeps saying "Maximum number of connections with the same identity exceeded"

Ever since i got a new computer team speak keeps kicking me out of the server i use and gives me the message "Maximum number of connections with the same identity exceeded". Its driving me nuts, i will be in the middle of a dota game and the server will just kick me. It seems to do it at random times for no reason. Can anyone tell me how to fix this

Sounds like either you are connecting with the same account form different places or whoever setup the Team Speak server you are uisng did somethng wrong.

Did you do a web search for the error?

I searched and know one has a proper answer, the server works fine on my laptop. I have tried enabling and disabling all the diffrent settings on TS.
