Tearing in YouTube videos.

I am having this tearing only on normal screen, And when i put it in full screen it disappears .

1) Windows or Linux?

2) Did you try different browsers? (Chrome, Edge, Firefox)

3) More than one monitor?

4) Did you install the proper video drivers such as from NVidia or AMD?

1- Windows10 64-bit.
2-Tried Edge and the tearing is gone.
3-laptop monitor.
4-working on Nvidia 384.94 Driver.

There's some potential workaround but I can't get "chrome://flags" (no quotes) to work because BING keeps searching for it as it's hijacked my top URL bar. Sigh.

I'll post the link but I have a GTX1080 and no issues with Chrome, so if you can't get anywhere maybe delete Chrome and reinstall it.

Followed The Video & Disabled Smooth Scrolling It Fixed The Problem No More Tearing,
