Genius.... pure evil genius. He deserves 30 years in jail for suck dark genius ,and because I think molesting anyone is terrible. Blackmail is one thing... but blackmail for sex?

Just when you thought you'd heard it all someone comes up with with a new way to commit a crime. Now there will be imitators of this sick individual. I wish the news media wouldn't release the details of something like this. They could've just called it rape & left out how he did it. While I'm on the subject of media they just need to ban porn all together & bring back the days of public hangimgs & public ridicule. This would lower the sex crimes about 90%.

I find this guy pretty intelligent (if you throw out morality). It's just like the pissed off boyfriend who got his girlfriend raped through a 'rape-fantasy fulfillment' add on craigslist. Some people are so ridiculously creative (for the wrong reasons). Imagine if this kid just wanted money! $100 a pop from all 30 kids and he's made $3000 easy and no rape charges. He could get a willing prostitute with that kind of money.

The mind is a sick, twisted, but beautiful thing.

This is absolutely retarded. What he did is fukt and deserves to go to jail for it. But WTF, he was not even an adult and gets 15y in jail. Thats fucken absurd. People usually get less time for manslaughter (not that they should). All of you have to take a step back and realise just how long 15years is, and especially for a MINOR!

you have to remind yourself that he's a boy soliciting nude photos of other boys. Therefore I would assume he'll like his jail term very much.

"I don't understand why we don't have a castration policy. Rape is never about sex, it's about power."

Like you said, because its not about sex its about power. The problem is located in the mind of the offender not the genitals. Offenders will often use inanimate objects to rape or humiliate their victims.

Besides, who wants to be the wrongly accused who gets castrated?

[citation][nom]DearSX[/nom]What he did was bad, but 15 years is a bit harsh imo. People could simply have said no. Tricking a young kid is bad, yet society is as much responsible as anybody. The guys needs help not punishment. So do his victims and just about every young kid in the world.[/citation]

He needs help? Really? He needs help getting a bullet in his head thats what he needs!

I consider myself middle of the road as far as liberal/conservative, but it really bothers me that some people just cant understand that there are actually evil people that dont belong in this society. What this guy did was pure evil, and apparently without any remorse. As far as molestors go, he and all the members of NAMBLA should get the blue juice.

[citation][nom]sulu 51[/nom]Stupid little my wise and beautiful friend.[/citation]

People who say ridiculous and ignorant comments like this deserve to be locked up themselves. What this teenager did was absolutely wrong and disgusting - there is no denying that, but you have NO right to resort to such despicable and childish name-calling. Idiots like the one I quoted above are the reason why the world is full of hate and intolerance. Unfortunately, things won't change until we education these morons.

Wow, in some countries you only get 5 years in juvi for murdering someone (if you are under 18 years of age) with the ability of getting released by half that time for good behavior.

When you think about it, this guy wasn't a pedophile. He was probably 2 years within the age of each one of his victims. It's like being punished for having sexual relations with a 21 year old when you're 19. The age gap is negligible. You probably think people your age are more attractive than someone 10 years older than you.

"things won't change until we education these morons."

After we're done "educationing" the morons, we'll move on to remedial "instructioning" the ungrammatical.

😉

Yeah, those dumb kids should have done like Eric Cartman and gone to the cops. "Uhh, I had my picture stolen. Describe the picture? Well, it's me with what appears to be a pen is in my mouth... "
