Is it good for gaming ?! and do i can change that graphic card ?!

Its alright. Low to medium settings. And most likely you cannot change the GPU but wouldnt know til it was opened.

I would be very surprised if that system uses an MXM slot of the gpu, it's most likely soldered to the motherboard.
