tevion dvd player volume keeps turning down

hi i own this dvd player http/www.quesh.co.uk/userfiles/44159%20User%20Manual.pdf

but while watching a dvd or usb with or without the 5.1 speakers plugged in every 10-15 minutes the volume will turn down by 1 all the way until it gets to about 04. any ideas it is via hdmi and i do like the 5.1 speakers connected but it happens without them connected as i said. please help if you can.

Are you using any sleep settings/mode.?

no timmer settings in menu
