The 14" SkyFire III Decision!

Hello, I have asked numerous questions on which is the best laptop to get for gaming/university for the small budget of £700. I was recommended The 14" SkyFire III I just want to double check that these are the best specifications for the laptop, and if I can do any better because I am a novice in this particular area.
