I want a screen that I can draw right on to.. I saw a prototype over at cnet.. the price was so high.. felt I was buying a car.. Yes I want to be able to draw right on the screen surface in multi dimensions.. I have seen what concept artist can do these day.. and its amazing.. for under a grand.. please give me some advice..

Are you talking about a tablet screen or a full monitor like this http://www.amazon.com/Wacom-Cintiq-Graphic-Monitor-CINTIQ24HD/dp/B007UNMLBG ?

A full monitor that you can do pro work on will not be cheap. If you just want a cheaper version to noodle on, you can use a stylus with just about any tablet to draw on, or with a touch screen laptop if you want to have 3D stuff like CAD running on it.

This post has some advice also http://forum.deviantart.com/art/digital/1797147/

After net searching.. I found this Wacom - Intuos5 Medium Tablet and pen black.. BestBuy 274.98.. This brand of drawing tablet is cheapest that I have found.. I went to our local Best Buy.. they just had 2 left in stock and the last two in the district.. tho I was told I could alway order online.. now its just scraping together all those pennies.. ooohboy
