the bass not oning,any idea why??

in the sound card dea is no bass it show its on but cant control it up or down... any idea y ??

Need some details here, sound card, so it's a computer? Brand and model of sound card? What exactly is happening, the speakers don't have bass? Did you test the speakers to make sure they are working? Need brand and models of everything that is being used, how it's connected, did it work before?
