the laptop could not power and though not charging too but my battery is full and fine

Just wanted turning on my laptop after using it perfectly fine yesternight and it won't turn on though my battery is full and fine(tested it my friend's system) it still won't charge or make any reaction when I emphatically press the power button. Please need your advice on how I can fix it. 'Cuz I dnt think it requires any serious internal repairs but if those am all ears. Thank you in advance as you contribute.

Can you provide us the model, condition the laptop(Obvious signs of damage?), and how long you been using it?
