the touch screen - how to turn on !? Inspiron 5758

i have the 17.3" Inspiron 5758. How do i turn on the touch screeen ? or is that a function you can order on the side when purthesing the dell computer ? it did not come up as an option when i orderd the machine.

There are a few versions of that laptop, some without touch and some with.

"the Dell Inspiron 17 is also available with a display resolution of 1600x900 pixels or a glossy Full HD touchscreen."

You should speak to the place of purchase or the manufacturer about it. If you just recently purchased the device, and were told it had a touch screen, you may get them to replace it for you.
