there is a problem in signing in playstore in lenovo a516

When I signin in play store it says couldn't establish a reliable connection with the server . this could be a temporary problem . if problem continues pls contact customer service. I gave my mobile to repair but they could not . Please help .

It happened to me also.
First copy all the files like music,books and other that you need.
Then go to settings and factory reset your phone.
After that switch it on and you will get a screen telling you to choose language,wifi connection and then it will tell you to login with google account.login there itself.
It will work
