Question There is a sound coming from my earcups when its not even connected, Why? Kraken TE

Hey all,
Im using Kraken TE for 2 weeks and i realize a sound coming from headphones like rattling or rumbling. I switched all my usb ports, connected it without THX card nothing changed. Finally i realized the sound still coming from earcups when its not connected too. I never experience like this before. sounds like there is a monster in my earcups. Any idea why?

There is processing and amplifier circuitry built into the control box/headphones that could cause noise if there was a defect. Might not happen if you used the analog input but that defeats the processing. Since there is a two year warranty on them you should be able to get them replaced.

its not about consumer fault so they will replace it easly then, right?
