there isnt a safemode on this nextbook tablet

My nextbook tablet is stuck on the nextbook logo and will not go any further. I have tried to factory reset, but it will not complet the reset for some reason and there is no safe mode on this model

That seems rather odd. I have never heard of any android device that didn't have a "Safe Mode". Did you make sure to completely shut off the device before trying to go into "Safe Mode"?
