Thief high cpu usage

I get from 50-100% cpu usage in thief why am with i5 3350p and am not even playng the game at max i play it on 1400x900 res the settings are all low the aa is 4x and the tex quality is high i have 10-25 max fps my gpu is gt 640 why do i get so high cpu usage?

It's probably expected, Thief does use quite a bit of processing power and the game isn't that optimized yet. Changing the video settings wont necessarily change the load on the processor by a great deal however.

Yeah i noticed that yesterday 😀 when i put it on ultra it was the same but its strange when am in game its 20-50 and wehen tis loading something goes to 100%
