There is not a gamer I have even heard of that would want crystals on their Xbox. Honestly, who would want that? Imagine taking it to a LAN or something, "Ooo look at John, nice crystals mate! 😛"

You guys miss the critical point of having these diamonds on the Xbox.....To help with the overheating, in a sense these diamonds are one big HSF so the Xbox doesnt overheat!
