THX-Optimizer on Toy Story 3

Does the "Toy Story 3" dvd have the thx optimizer on it?
I there are separate optimizer for Blu-ray versions?

I've seen some optimizer stuff on the BD version but haven't tried it yet. The BD version includes a digital copy but no DVD per se, so I dunno if the DVD version does.
