tiny white dots

I have a 60in Mitsubishi DLP TV. Two weeks ago we noticed 3 tiny white spots on the screen and now the tiny white dots go all the way across the screen

do they show regardless of what it is displaying (as in, only when one of dvd/tv/pc)?

They show regardless. The place that I bought it from told me to clean the bulb but that didn't work. I have had this TV replaced twice so far
