Brief Context:
I broke my laptop's screen.
From what I've learned on the internet, its far cheaper to buy and mount the replacement myself.
I have disassembled the laptop's screen and checked the LCD's model number: B156HTN03.0
My laptop is a 2013 Toshiba Satellite P50-A-125
(http/www.toshiba.pt/discontinued-products/satellite-p50-a-125/)
(sorry, i couldn't find the webpage in English)
Question / Discussion:
When searching using the model number (also called the panel number), will i find a the exact same LCD display, with the exact same specs (refresh rate, brightness, contrast), or simply a compatible one? I'm asking because most websites i have found do not provide this specs, only the reference number, and there is a significant price variability on the web market.
Also, do you have any suggestions for any website or company that sells these LCDs? (and also ships them internationally to Europe?)
Thanks in advance, and sorry if this question is in any way repeated.
