Torrent file download queues?

Hello, lets say Im downloading a torrent file containing 10 video files. Can I chose the order in which the files inside a torrent are downloading. So that, in this example I could watch Video file1 wile two is downloading, and then 2 wile three is loading?

Is there any torrent clients that do this?
Can Tixati do this? (My Most Liked)
And whats your preferred client?

Tom's does not support piracy or copyright infringement. While torrents themselves are entirely legal, using them to download copyrighted content is not.

That said, in most clients you can set a priority.
