Toshiba A205 Satellite not booting when conneced with power adapter

Hello,

Toshiba Satellite A205-S5812 is not booting when connected with power adapter but the it could charge the battery.

If i boot the laptop without connecting the power adapter, the laptop could start and later if i connect the power adapter then it would continue to charge without anyissue on power plan "High performance". But if the power plan in Balanced then on connecting power adapter it freezes

i tried changing power adapter but believe there is no issue in power adapter as ti continues to charge the battery.

I tried reset the BIOS to default but still unable to boot the laptop connected to power.

Changing the Power Setting have resolved the issue

1.Go to Control Panel -> (Mobile PC) -> Power Options -> Under Balanced choose change plan settings
2.Choose Change advanced power settings
3.Find Processor power management and change the minimum processor state from 5% to 100% for each On battery and Plugged in.

This is not working. The problem still persist.
It had resolved initially but had come back irrespective of power plan

I AM HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM WITH MY LAPTOP. WERE YOU ABLE TO FIGURE OUT A SOLUTION?
