Toshiba A505-S6025, won't reboot after resetting to factory settings.

I'm trying to reset my laptop to factory settings and now it just keeps trying to reboot, is this normal? If not how can I get it to reboot properly?

Going to need a little more info. At what stage is it rebooting? Knowing where the boot loop ends/begins will help determine what's wrong.
