Toshiba c660d-1c7 processor upgrade

im looking to upgrade my laptops processor. its currently running on a Dual Core AMD E-300 APU with Radeon HD Graphics. its my first time upgrading a processor so any help would be appreciated in terms of both what hardware to use and how to install it.

its soldered tot he motherbd so you only upgrade path is to sell it and buy a new laptop.
