That happened to mine too. I pulled the battery out, unplugged it and pulled the hard drive out. It worked fine after that. I kept it plugged in when I turned it on too.

Unscrew the back.
It should be right by the RAM. You will probably have to take out a couple more screws. You need a small screw driver to do this.
Slide it straight back until it comes all the way out. Then slide it back in.

Thanks. Did as you recommended, but it still won't boot. Reseated the ram while I was there. Any other ideas?
Right now the battery charging light is solid white meaning fully charged
and the power light is white. The wifi light is not on at all. It keeps making sounds occasionslly like it is trying to start up but it never does. The fan runs and the cd drive opens up.
