Solved! Toshiba HDD Password removal

Hello:

I have a Toshiba Satellite Radius P55W Laptop in which for security I enabled the HDD password.

I installed the AVG anti-virus and it failed. Now at boot after I type the password the laptop starts the Windows boot but then I receive a message saying "Starting Watch Dog Initialization" and after some other lines it stops.

It seems to be an AVG problem and the solution is to start in safe mode and disable the AVG. But there is no way now to start in safe mode in UEFI bios and windows 10, other but from the same Windows.

I tried to install the HDD in another Laptop or the desktop computer but i can't open the HDD even I have the password. The password is only recognized in the original Toshiba Lap.

Is there any other step I should try?

put it back to the toshiba and use the recovery disk or repair install.

I don't have any recovery disk, and there isn't any option to repair the install

If you don't need anything on the laptop, fresh install the OS
