Toshiba lamptop just showing shutting down but doesn't keeps showing this light atfront flashing

Laptop Toshiba will only show closing down on screen tried off button just starts up again with shutting down on screen light at front flashing.

Can you please confirm which operating system are you using?

In any Windows operating system, you can try starting the computer in Safe Mode and then from within the Safe Mode, you can restore your Windows to an earlier restore point.

Assuming that you are using Windows 7, here you can find the instructions to start Windows 7 in Safe Mode, and here you can learn how to restore Windows 7 to an earlier restore point.

hey mate you properly need to wait for it to shut down completely before closing the screen eg. wait for the screen to turn off and when you are not hearing the fan operating any more then close the screen.
