Toshiba laptop flash card not working

my laptop toshiba satellite L655-11U not showing flash card and reset flash card option missing from toshiba utilitis please help me to recover this problem

I'm not sure what a flash card is...

looks like it's some type of software, please find the CD that came with the laptop and reinstall the program from there. or try to find a download link on their support website
