My brand new Toshiba laptop keeps freezing where nothing works other than to force shut down. Toshiba cant find the fault despite the fact it keeps happening. The supplier wont refund because Toshiba are unable to find the fault!. Any ideas other than the bin? We have had it four months now and are still unable to use it.

Solution
Hi there sinito,

Try to boot into safe mode and see if the issue persists.
In case it doesn't, then a clean OS install may fix the issue as Laptop_Nerd suggested.
In case it does, then there's a chance that all of this is hardware related. I would suggest you to test both your HDD and RAM.
