Yes you should worry about that. But most likely fix would be a motherboard swap. To trouble-shoot, test it without the battery, only on wall power. Also try to reset it by removing battery and unplug from wall power, hold in the power button about 30 seconds, plug in, turn on, go to the BIOS options and reset those to defaults. Check things again.
If it keeps happening, you could try different RAM or one RAM stick at a time before looking at anything else.
