Toshiba laptop stucked and buffering at the loading screen

hi even i had tried to install windows 8 on the Toshiba satellite, but while installing i was outside when i come back i have seen at the loading page the windows symbol with buffering. when i did power off and on also it was same...kindly suggest me.
