Toshiba Laptop window 7 get stuck in shutting down.

My laptop doesn't shut down successfully, it get stuck while shutting down. I need help good people.
I don't know what is the cause for this and I cant even help myself as I am not the expect in computers.

What does it show when shutting down? Does it just abruptly black screen or do you see a Blue screen with a bunch of white text?
