Toshiba laptop won't boot. Goes to automatic repair and stops

Solution
Hi there wetired08,

I would agree with Laptop_Nerd, you may need to reinstall Windows.
In case you have some data stored on the drive though, you need to use some data recovery tool for DOS mode: http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/267999-32-recover-data-mode
Just boot up from a flash drive or a CD and access the files that you need.

After you perform a clean Win installation, it may be a good idea to see if the drive is failing: http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/282651-32-best-diagnostic-testing-utility

Hope this will help,
