Toshiba laptop wont boot (plssss help)

Hi guys ,i have a toshiba satellite pro,when i put the charger in the blue led comes on that shows theres power but when i press the power button all the led lights flickers 1s and everything is dead,is there any solution to get it up and running again plssss,Thanks in advance

Does it make any difference if you get out the battery?

no it dont does the same thing

Unfortunately, I can't think of anything you can do besides taking it to a computer service shop (I assume the warranty period is over).

Maybe if you could exclude the charger as source of error somehow... but what are the chances that you have a friend with the same computer...

i changed the charger and battery,i read some where that this laptops was not soldered right when it was manufactured
