Toshiba laptop won't start

My toshiba satellite C55DT-A5307 serial #9D184692Q WINDOWS 8 won't come o . There's a white lite when plugged in. It clicks on and clicks off when I press the power button. Screen. Omen up for a second also when power button is pressed. On n off, that fast.

My best guess is it is your mainboad. Pull the power and battery. Wait ten seconds or so and replace and re-power. Try again. Good luck!
