Solved! Toshiba P75-A7200 RAM upgrade issue

Wife's laptop been working fine. It came with build in 2 sticks of 4GB ram Samsung #M471B5173BHO-YKO. I had another Toshiba laptop that had a cracked screen, so I took out the 2 sticks of 4GB ram Sansung #M471B517BHO-CKO. as far as I can tell they are both pc3-12800 CL11 non-ECC. I tried adding any of the CKO chip to her laptop but it won't even turn on. The power light flash once and goes off.

thank you. my friend has 2 sticks 4GB of M471B5273CHO-YKO do you think they will work with the BHO-YKO? or you think i should just go buy 2 more BHO-YKO and call it a day?

thanks again. I tried the 1.35v rams my friend gave me and laptop boots up fine now with 16GB . Problem solved!
