I bought the Toshiba Recovery Media for Qosmio x770 series from Toshiba website to use it to bring my laptop back to put of the box state. The instructions says to put dvd 1 in drive. Restart the laptop and press f12 then select DVD boot option. When I do that. It goes into black screen for a while then starts Windows normally without doing anything else. Seems the DVD doesn't boot correctly. Any ideas how to fix the issue?
