Toshiba satellite 655s5212-admin password recovery

i sent a cry for help earlier, and i forgot to let you guys know I lost my Administrator password. anybody know how i can find it on my laptop w/o remembering it? i'm close to getting on YouTube for hacking instructions. what an idiot! lost my own password
