Toshiba Satellite A-70 Labtop

My toshiba labtop satellite A-70 Windows 10, started to shut down unexpectedly, lately these shutting down became so frequent that they occurred immediately after 5 to 10 seconds of starting; however, if ı keep hold down the FN key the labtop acts normally.

First, I removed the batteries, I removed and added the RAM nothing then I checked the cable of the keyboard everything is fine though a lot of keys in the keyboard do not respond. I checked my fan it seems very dusty and old. At the beginning it turns very quickly then it stops turning. Please help! I will do a clean install
