It is grey. I have registered a User and Supervisor, and yet it's still grey. Can you people help? Thanks

Solution B B beckstrom.gage Apr 12, 2018 This worked for me: In the bios menu head to the security tab. There should be a mode set to user, but change it to user + master and set up the passwords it asks for. After that go to advanced, system configuration, and there you are now able to change the boot mode. I hope this works for you too!
